Every time I go to the White Mountains, I try and photograph the Conway Scenic Railroad going over the trestle bridge in Crawford Notch. However I never time it right and/or the train isn't running. This time around I wasn't going home without it. There isn't a good trail that takes you to the bridge so I blazed my own trail up a very steep, overgrown cliffside. I knew I had only one chance to get it so I set my drone up to take a photo every five seconds. I then found a safe spot where I could shoot the train with my main camera. When the train finally appeared at 12:40, I was ready. I raddled off as many shots as I could during the 20 seconds the train was in frame. The hike back down was somewhat treacherous and I fell pretty bad at one point. At the end of the day, it was all worth it and I am satisfied with the images I got. . PS: I am against people taking photos on active railroad tracks. Every year people die because they are on the tracks. A lot of those people are photographers. I made sure that I was in a safe location and AWAY from the tracks. . . . . . . #jgarretsonphoto #conwayscenicrailroad #train #railroad #crawfordnotch #whitemountains #fall #foliage #dronephotography #newhampshire #visitnh #ig_unitedstates #ig_newhampshire #naturelover_gr #usaprimeshot #yeswhitemountains #nature_brilliance #theoutbound #getoutsidenh #nelust #newenglandphotography #scenicnh #onlyinnewhampshire #igersnh #igersnewengland #naturalnewengland #nature_obsession_landscape #depthsofearth #djiglobal #bns_landscape

Homes are popular on Instagram, too.

Popular places get a lot of love on Instagram, but so do pictures of homes. The right photo can grab your attention (like the ones above). Quality images are equally as important in real estate. According to the Center for REALTORยฎ Development (CRD), homes with high-quality photography sell 32% faster and for more money. That's why every home we list receives both professional photography and marketing on Instagram.
