Not only do we love this time of year, but we love seeing all of the gorgeous lights and decorations all over New England.

1. Gardens Aglow at Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens | Boothbay, ME

Boothbay Festival of Lights, a must see! Enjoy smores, popcorn, and over 500,000 lights accenting the gardens and buildings of coastal Maine at the botanical gardens. We strongly suggest purchasing tickets in advance.

2. Gift of Lights at New Hampshire Motor Speedway | Loudon, NH

Bring your car through New Hampshire Motor Speedway, but don't speed! You won't want to miss the 525 various light displays, spread over 2.5 miles. This is very popular and creates overall Christmas spirit. Enjoy pictures with Santa, hot chocolate, and smores.

3. Bright Nights | Springfield, MA

Enjoy a horse-drawn wagon ride through Forest Park and gaze at the bright lights over a 3-mile light display. Featuring a "Victorian Village", Jurrasic Park, and Suess Land. The lights are brightly shining.

4. Festival of Trees | Methuen, MA

Too cold outside? Stay indoors and enjoy the sights and sounds of the Holidays at the indoor festival of trees. Over 240 tress wreaths and displays to be gazed upon, with raffles and special events throughout the season.

5. Fantasy of Lights | New Haven, CT

In the spirit of giving, all proceeds to Fantasy of Lights are donated to the EasterSeals Foundation. Check out Light House Point Park for the perfect place to find Christmas cheer. With over 60 animated displays and 100,000 bulbs. Now in its twenty-fifth year, always a dazzling nighttime event.

6. ZooLights at the Stone Zoo | Stoneham, MA

Zoo? Go on a safari, and explore colorful and magnificent tree-lined paths inside the zoo, lit by thousands of glistening lights. Visit the bald eagles, North American porcupine and meet the reindeer nose to nose. This is truly a unique magical holiday animal experience.
